How claim limits work
A claim counts when a customer submits it, per calendar month. If you go over your limit, the app shows an upgrade prompt. Customers can still submit claims.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify, so the charge shows on your Shopify bill. Starter and Pro can be paid monthly or yearly. You can change or cancel your plan in Shopify at any time.
