Quick setup

• Install DamageDesk and open the app in Shopify Admin. Use the Setup tab for on-screen steps.
• Add and pin the Damage claims block on an Order details page so staff can generate claim links.
• Optionally add File damage claim on the Customer Account Order status page.
• Save notification emails under Settings, then generate a claim link on a test order.

Where do refunds happen?

Refunds and replacements stay in Shopify. DamageDesk is evidence and workflow only.

The Admin block disappeared on another order

Pin the Damage claims block on an order details page so it stays visible for every order and for all staff.
